23/11/2011 MADRID RALLY PREVIEW José Antonio Suárez and Cándido Carrera are in an EVO X for the last rally of the Spanish Championship. Having completed his program in the 2011 World Rally Championship, José Antonio Suárez and his codriver, Cándido Carrera, are back this weekend to the Spanish Tarmac rally series as they enter the rally 'Comunidad de Madrid', the last event of the championship. José Antonio is driving a Mitsubishi EVO X in the Madrid Rally, it will be run by the ARVidal team and fitted with Pirelli tyres. In a rally with very fast special stages, the N+ choosen by the young Pravia-born driver should be very competitive so the target for José Antonio and Cándido will be to fight for the top positions in a rally they are facing with great confidence. The rally 'Comunidad de Madrid' presents its now classic format, based at the circuit of Jarama, with stages both on the track and on the mountain roads of Madrid's nearby hills. There will be a total of 10 special stages with around 150 timed kilometers to be run during Friday and Saturday.
